What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company, phone number (if given), the details of your request and any file you attach. When you apply for a job we collect your contact details, experience, links you provide, your cover note and your CV.

This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. A theme preference may be stored in your browser so the site remembers light or dark mode.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and to prepare proposals, and application details only to assess you for roles at Otrix India Tech. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and, where configured, to our internal workflow tools. They travel over encrypted connections (TLS). Embedded Google Maps on the contact page is provided by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, and applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing support@otrixindia.com.
